I usually use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Parcelforce Express 24 for UK deliveries. Please note this will require a signature. The cost is £22 which will be charged at checkout. For mini paintings (6 x 6 inch, when available) the cost will be £10.

I am happy to deliver locally (I’m based in Launceston, Cornwall), or you are welcome to collect…please contact me to arrange this.

Shipping Times:

My despatch time for delivery is usually about 1-2 weeks to allow for varnishing and framing. Sometimes a piece may be available for immediate shipping so do get in touch if you need a piece more quickly. Once shipped, Royal Mail usually deliver within 1-2 business days.

Returns:

If a piece is not as you expect, you have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned, we will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and Stripe fees.

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and if possible, keep a photograph.
